QUALITY IS IN THE DETAILS

More than a frame around your pool.

The right enclosure connects your pool, patio and home. We start with how you want to use that space—and build a proposal around the details that matter to you.

01

A roof that belongs

Consider roof shape, wall height and the connection to your home together—not as separate afterthoughts.

02

A view worth keeping

Discuss screen selection and panel layout alongside engineering requirements, rather than promising unsupported spans.

03

A scope you understand

Know what is included, what needs verification and which options change the proposal before you commit.

MAKE IT YOURS

Start with the choices you'll see every day.

Bronze or white?

Bronze offers a quieter visual frame; white can complement light trim. We help you compare the finish against your home's exterior and existing patio.

ROOF + PROPORTION

Room to look up.

A hip roof can add a more open feeling. Roof height and geometry must work with the house attachment, structural design and site conditions.

SCREEN + VISIBILITY

Choose what matters most.

Talk through visibility, insect protection and durability priorities. Material availability and the approved design guide the final selection.

PATIO + CONNECTIONS

One connected outdoor space.

Include an open patio wall, doors and the roof-to-house connection in the conversation. Existing decks and foundations require verification before reuse.

Options shown are discussion points, not engineering specifications. Final design and suitability are project-specific.

A CLEAR PATH FORWARD

No guesswork in the scope.

Discuss my project
  1. Tell us what you envision

Share your address, approximate footprint, photos and the way you want to use the pool and patio.

  2. Review the site and options

Check attachment points, access, existing slab or footings and the design features worth including.

  3. Define the proposal

Compare the scope, selections, exclusions, engineering and permitting responsibilities in writing.

  4. Coordinate the next steps

After agreement, coordinate the applicable design, permit and installation steps. Approval and timing depend on the project and jurisdiction.

BEFORE WE GET STARTED

Your questions, answered.

Can we use my existing pool deck?

Possibly, but pavers alone do not establish a suitable structural foundation. The existing slab or footings and proposed anchorage must be evaluated before reuse is included in the final scope.

Can I choose a hip roof and taller walls?

Those can be explored during planning. Height, roof layout, house connection and structural requirements must be evaluated together. We do not promise a specific design before that review.

What does a quality enclosure cost?

Size is only part of the answer. Roof geometry, frame and screen choices, access, foundations and permit requirements affect the scope. RFH prepares a project-specific proposal rather than an unsupported square-foot promise.

What warranty will be included?

Ask us to identify the applicable workmanship and manufacturer warranty terms in the written proposal. Coverage and exclusions depend on the selected products and contract.

Let's make the space feel like part of your home.
